Terms and Conditions for Expression of Interest (EOI) Form

This Expression of Interest (EOI) form is subject to the following terms and conditions. By submitting this form, the applicant agrees to abide by these terms:

  • Al Kabir Developers ensures transparency in its projects. The Business District at Al Kabir Orchard offers on ground commercial plots with:
    • No hidden charges
    • No transfer fees
    • No stamp duty
    • No taxes
    • Map provided with the plot
  1. Terms Subject to Change
  • Al Kabir Developers reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions, as well as any policies, without prior notice.
  1. Additional Requirements
  • Approved applicants may be required to provide further documentation, sign agreements, or full additional criteria as deemed necessary by Al Kabir Developers.
  1. Project Details and Transparency
  • The project is developed in compliance with applicable laws and standards. Al Kabir Developers guarantees the availability of plots on-ground as per the provided map.
  1. Confidentiality
  • All information submitted by applicants will be treated as confidential and used solely for processing the EOI.
  1. Cancellation Rights
  • Al Kabir Developers reserves the right to reject any application, withdraw any approvals, or cancel the entire project at its discretion without prior notice or liability.
  1. Liability Disclaimer
  • Al Kabir Developers shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the rejection of applications, project amendments, or cancellations.
