1- Online portal verification is a facility to certify the serial no’s of the forms only, where as physical verification is also mandatory which is being done at Head office Phase-l.
2- Verification staff will fix the stickers/verification stamp that form is verified/found correct.
3- We strongly recommend that clients and dealers must carry out sale/purchase of Adjustment forms through our authorized dealers only.
